FAQs

  • You get 3 revisions included in the design process. In the event that further revisions become necessary beyond what was initially agreed upon, they will be subject to an hourly rate. To enhance your revisions, gather diverse feedback, compile your thoughts, and send them to me. Upon completing the edits and returning the new version, we can proceed to the next round as needed.

  • When tasks fall outside the described scope of work, an hourly fee will be applicable. Alternatively, for substantial additional work, expanding the project may be more suitable. We can further discuss the specifics of such arrangements to proceed accordingly.

  • The timeline of the project really depends on the scope of the project. Please check the provided packages to see the estimated timeline for each, which will give you a general idea of when to expect delivery or completion.

    I always allow up to 7 days for you to give your feedback on the presented designs.

  • In the first stages we will communicate through email. But once you are onboarded and we start our project, we will communicate through your very own Client Portal that I carefully created on Notion. Here, everything that is needed for the project can be viewed, uploaded and downloaded. So, say goodbye to confusing email threads that lead nowhere. Nice! Never heard of Notion? No worries, it’s very easy to use, plus, I will give you an introduction as well.
